These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Buckler ("the Service"), operated by Buckler ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including operators who connect Minecraft servers, and any individuals who access the platform.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the Service to collect or process data on individuals without a lawful basis under applicable data protection laws. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or related systems. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected infrastructure. • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or any malicious content. • Resell, sublicence, or commercially redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent. • Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls built into the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must: • Provide accurate and complete information when registering. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. • Not share your account credentials with any third party. • Ensure that any persons using your account comply with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Buckler is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We aim to provide a reliable and performant service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to: • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable). • Unplanned outages or infrastructure failures. • Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings within the dashboard. Upon termination: • Your access to the Service will cease immediately. • Data associated with your account will be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. • Any unused portion of a paid subscription will not be refunded unless required by applicable law. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buckler and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. • Any damages arising from your reliance on the Service for moderation decisions or server security. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) £50 GBP. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
